Who are intenSati Leaders?
Certified intenSati Leaders are dedicated to providing their warrior students with the tools and inspiration to be all they are meant to be in heart, body and mind. A certified intenSati Leader stands for excellence in his or her own life. We practice the art of deliberately choosing thoughts, words and actions in order to support our highest good. You are applying for a training program unlike any other. We are grateful for your interest in our practice and your desire to enrich the lives of those around you by sharing intenSati with your warrior students.
What is intenSati Leader Training?
Leader Training provides you with the basic movement vocabulary and tools to teach six months of pre-choreographed intenSati classes. Training begins with an intense Four-Day Workshop in which you will be given the following:
* Six complete pre-choreographed intenSati class series
* A flash drive with video footage of each series
* A file of all movement vocabulary for your level
* Recommended playlists and accompanying supplemental educational items (book list, assignments, etc for each series)
* The intenSati training manual
A different intenSati instructor will lead each day of the intense Five-day intensive. You will be on your feet teaching on day one! At the end of the workshop, you will be evaluated on musicality, integrity of movement, knowledge of the active series, and presentation. Based on your assessment, we will determine your level of readiness to teach (practice level, community level, or fitness level), and you will receive a certificate of completion for the workshop.
The Four-Day Workshop is hosted at Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City.

* intenSati is a music-based class, meaning all moves go with the beat of the music. Please note that you will be evaluated on this segment and must pass this in order to be certified.
* For instructors in the New York Metro Area ONLY, please note that intenSati is exclusive to Equinox Fitness Clubs.
